These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of World of Dance Lithuania's Website, located at Worldofdancelithuania.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use World of Dance Lithuania if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", “Customer”, “Buyer”, "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person logging on to this website and compliant with the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company - World of Dance Lithuania. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the Republic of Lithuania.



1. Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing World of Dance Lithuania, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the World of Dance Lithuania's Cookies Policy and EU GDPR regulations. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website.

2. Product or Service Purchase Policy

On this site, the customer can purchase products and services within World of Dance Lithuania, including: organization of access to online or offline events, bundle accesses to events, and related products/services. Before purchasing, please read the description, contents, and specific date/time of the service. By making a payment via Worldofdancelithuania.com, the client automatically agrees to the terms, conditions, and regulations of the specific event.

3. Product or Service Delivery Policy

After making a payment of 100%, the client will receive a notification in the mailbox specified during payment. This notification contains the Written Confirmation of Successful Purchase. In accordance with environmental principles, we do not provide printable tickets. This email confirmation serves as your digital ticket for event access.

4. Access Policy to World of Dance Lithuania Events

  • Insurance: The organizers strongly recommend that all customers have health insurance valid on the date of the event. Under Lithuanian law, organizers are not responsible for health issues or injuries in the absence of such insurance.
  • Personal Data: By registering yourself or a team, you provide consent for the processing of personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
  • Copyright: Participants assume all responsibility for the use of copyright/related rights (musical works) used in their performance. All claims by copyright holders will be resolved by you independently in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • Media Rights: You waive rights to photo and video materials depicting your performance for editorial or commercial use by the Organizers, provided they do not portray the client in a bad light or violate moral/ethical boundaries.

5. Payment Methods

The website uses an integrated automated payment system certified within the European Economic Area (EEA). Payments are primarily processed in EUR. Accepted methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and Electronic Wallets. Upon successful transaction, the client must save the confirmation of payment for event access.

6. Refund Policy

  • Non-refundable: Participation fees are generally non-refundable as a spot is reserved upon payment. However, the spot is transferable to another person.
  • Exceptions (50% Refund): A refund of 50% of the purchase price may be granted within 30 days after the event ends only in the following cases:
  1. A drastic deterioration of health or serious injury (requires a medical certificate from a doctor with a stamp and signature).
  2. Sudden death of a family member or a close person (requires a certified death certificate).
  • Contact: For issues regarding unintentional purchases, contact lithuania@worldofdance.com. The final decision resides with the management of World of Dance Lithuania.

7. Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, World of Dance Lithuania and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Worldofdancelithuania.com. All rights are reserved. You must not:

  • Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from World of Dance Lithuania.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from World of Dance Lithuania.

8. Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your website if you link to us. No link(s) should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes the rights of any third party.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Lithuania, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
